Sastojci
500 gr brašna
300 ml mlakog mlijeka
40 gr putera
1 kašika kvasca
1 kašika soli
1 kašika šećera
½ kašike meda
4 kašike mlijeka
susam
Način pripreme
U mlakom mlijeku otopite kvasac i med i ostavite da nadođe.
Pomiješajte brašno, šećer i so pa umiješajte puter sobne temperature i mlijeko.
Umijesite glatko tijesto i ostavite da odstoji 30 minuta.
Premijesite tijesto i podijelite ga na 10 loptica.
Poredati ih u tepsiju i premazati mlijekom, pa ostaviti da odstoje 1 sat.
Ponovo premažite mlijekom i pospite susamom.
Peći u rerni zagrijanoj na 180 stepeni 20 minuta.
