kuhana sunka
tvrdi sir po vasem izboru
kiseli krastavci
kiselo vrhnje-pavlaka ili kajmak
majoneza
za pohovanje
jaja i krusne mrvice
Priprema
sto sitnije isjeckaj sunku,sir i k.krastavce
dodaj majonezu i vrhnje pa sve dobro sjedini
fil premazi po sredini palacinke,preklopi krajeve sa strane i urolaj...
4.smotane palacinke umaci u izmucena jaja i lagano ih uvaljaj u mrvice,ne pritisi nego lagano valjaj da dobijes ljepu koricu
lagano peci na nizoj temperaturi da ti ne izgore...da dobiju finu boju,a iznutra da se stope..mmm
nisam pisala recept za tjesto jer svaka od vas ima nacin na koji pravi palacinke..kolicinu fila isto tako odredite same jer i ja radim odokativno
