Sastojci
3 kg jagnjetine/ plecka sa rebarcima/
po ukusu soli
senfa
1 dl mesavine vode i belog vina
0,5 dl ulja
zacini po zelji ruzmarin
Priprema
1.Jagnjetinu oprati i prosusiti.
2.Zarezati meso na vise mesta duz plecke da bi bolje primilo zacine.
3.Pomesati vodu, belo vino, ulje i ruzmarin i staviti u vatrostalnu posudu u kojoj ce se peci meso.
4.Jagnjetinu dobro posoliti, utrljati so svuda po mesu.
Po zelji u zaseke i po povrsini mesa premazati senf.
5.Spustiti meso u posudu i prekriti alu-folijom.
6.Peci meso najpre pokriveno folijom na 200 stepeni. Povremeno vaditi posudu, okretati meso i zalivati sokom koje je pustilo. Pred kraj pecenja skinuti foliju i ostaviti jos 15 minuta da se uhvati lepa korica.
7.Malo prohladiti i servirati uz krompir koji ste ispekli kraj mesa.
