2 šoljice šećera
200 g maslac
brašna po potrebi
Agda:
9 šoljica šećera
11 šoljica vode
1 limun
Priprema:
Umutiti jaja sa šećerom , dodati maslac postepeno dodavati brašno i prašak za peicvo dok se ne dobije ujednačenu masu. Od tijesta ćemo oblikovati kuglice malo veće od oraha, koje potom spljoštimo i pritisnemo uz ribež (najsitnije rupice). Slažemo hurmašice na suhu tepsiju i kda se peku na 180-200 stepeni, dok ne porumene.
Dok se hurmašice peku, trebamo napraviti agdu. Agda se pravi tako da šećer zalijemo vodom i dobro promiješamo da se istopi, u ovu smjesu iscijedimo i sok iz limuna. Pečene hurmašice zalijemo hladnom, nekuhanom agdom, poklopimo i pustimo da odstoje.
