Sastojci:
300 g keksa
3 kesice pudinga od vanile
9 kašika šećera
1 l mleka
200 g putera ili margarina
4 kašike kisele pavlake
5 banana
200 ml slatke pavlake ili 200 g krem šlaga
Priprema.
Izlomiti keks. Tri kesice pudinga razmutiti sa 400 ml mleka. Ostatak mleka sipati u šerpu, dodati 9 kašika šećera. Puding zakuvati u mleku. Skinuti sa vatre. U vruć puding dodati puter ili margarin sečen na listiće, mešati dok se ne istopi pa dodati pavlaku i promešati.
Dodati keks i promešati. Ostaviti 5 minuta da odstoji. Polovinu mase sipati u pleh ili obruč (koristila sam obruč 26 cm). Oljuštiti banane preseći ih po dužini i poređati preko pudinga. Sipati drugu polovinu pudinga. Ostaviti da se kolač ohladi. Skinuti obruč ili ostaviti u posudi u koju ste sipali. Umutiti slatku pavlaku ili krem šlag pa premazati preko kolača.
